- The Embassy will only legalise documents issued from the following countries: UK (Including Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Channel Island and British Overseas Territories), Ireland, Spain, The Netherlands and Iceland.
- All non-commercial documents must be stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country before being submitted to the embassy.
- Commercial documents issued in the UK and the Republic of Ireland; for example: certificate of origin, invoices, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of goods…etc., must be stamped by your local chamber of commerce and submitted to the embassy ONLY through the Arab British chamber of commerce and Arab Irish chamber of commerce.
